Enthusiastic and efficient, Megan Seeley comes to Niche Portfolio with a reputation over the last 6 years of providing outstanding customer service whilst being highly focused and professional.

In being a Senior Property Manager, Megan has developed her skills to ensure she is well organised and knowledgeable in both Residential and Commercial Property Management.  She provides clients with the full suite of property management services, including property presentation, tenant selection and the negotiation of leases.  Clients who work with Megan can be confident that she takes her role as property manager very seriously. She understands that buying an investment property is one of the biggest investments a person makes in their lifetime. Accordingly, Megan monitors rental payments closely to ensure rents are paid promptly. She also carries out regular inspections to ensure properties are being well-maintained. At the conclusion of a lease, Megan undertakes stringent entry and exit reports.
