 I just wanted to provide a little feedback to you on our interactions w.r.t the rental of 17/11 – 17 Selwyn Street, Wollstonecraft. From the outset, when I contacted you in relation to the rental property, I found you to be bright, cheerful & enthusiastic. The next time we met face-to-face at the property. It was a tad busy with prospective clients demanding your attention. However, you took some time with me and I felt that you personally cared about my situation and potential compatibility with the flat. Following up on the application, which I delivered in person at the Niche Paddington office, you made me feel that I had a few special criteria in my favour. The weekend (Mar 24-25) was a little tense for me as I had to move from the house I’d just sold. The settlement was the following Tuesday (Mar 27) so I’d thrown caution to the wind & booked removalists for first thing Mon Mar 26. My gut instinct told me that I had a good chance of securing the rental & you helped me with your optimistic and charming manner. Thanks for your help with the rental – the landlords shall, over time, be grateful that they have landed a very nice chap as their tenant.

When asked by work if we would move to Asia, the thought of renting out our treasured home in which we had lived for 10 years and had recently renovated was not very appealing.
